Just like with Game of Thrones, I've been reluctant to watch the final episode of the show's final season. I wanted to watch it but I didn't want to watch it, so I finally finished watching the movie version today.
When the familiar background music played, and the familiar scenes and characters appeared, I really thought I was watching the first episode of the new season. Everything is so kind and beautiful.
The old lady was still so vicious and wise, and she was still keen on bickering with Mrs. Crawley, and she was amazed as soon as she said it.
This episode all had the best ending. The second lady was pregnant again, Tom ushered in the second spring of his life, and Carson returned to the manor to be the housekeeper for a few days. After that, I finally felt it was time to prepare for the wedding...
The most tangled lady in this episode, Mary, is worried that the era of Downton Abbey is going away, and she asked three times, "Should Downton Abbey continue?" I think, it is also what fans want to ask the most. One question Anna answered: Downton Abbey is the center of this county, as long as you survive, you should maintain it; second question the old lady answered: You are the future of Downton Abbey, you are my best continuation in this world, even if Everyone's way of life is different, but Downton Abbey will always be a part of your life; three questions to Henry: I think we can't live without Downton Abbey.
Yes, as Carson said, even in another 100 years, Downton Abbey will still be there.
I don't know if there will be a second episode this season, but I know this should be the last episode with all the characters.
Finally jumped out of the plot, I hope the 86-year-old old artist is healthy, there will be a period later
