I remember when I was young

In a bunch of films, I chose to choose and choose this "Diary of a Wimpy Kid".
I wanted to watch the beginning, and if it's not good, I'll change it. As a result, the director was quite clever, and arranged a prank at the beginning of the film as a bait to attract the audience, and I happened to be a stupid fish and succeeded in taking the bait.
After watching it all the way, I found that the movie was not as funny as I thought, on the contrary, it was full of childhood sorrow.
Being teased by my brother, being isolated by classmates, and being bullied by punks outside the school. The world is too big, we are too small, we are powerless to resist all kinds of damage, we can only avoid it.
Fortunately, I have a fat and not very smart friend with whom I can share all the interesting things I can think of. When I went out to trick or treat on Halloween, even if my father threw cold water on it, there were people on my back; I dragged my brother out of the yearbook from under the bed, and fantasized with him about how to become a school figure. Invite him to go to the principal's office with him, and voluntarily resign to be the school's security patrol officer. Even if he is laughed at as a silly hat, some people wear that silly patrol uniform together.
However, one day, your only friend suddenly became famous, no longer isolated, but turned into a school star, and the distance from you is getting farther and farther, how should you deal with yourself?
That day, he threw a football in the snow, and unfortunately hit him, causing him to fracture. After returning to school, he became the focus of his classmates, but he pretended to be injured, but was ignored. Then, as always, he was invited to draw cartoons with him, fantasized about it, and ridiculed his drawings as useless. But the winner of the award-winning works on TV was the one who was ridiculed. From then on, he became famous, and he became the shadow behind his light, and no one cared.
Friendship is a crack at this time. He became the protagonist, and the director was himself in such a situation. I believe no one would want to do this. He was stupid and had no scheming, but he had both the right and the left, and the wind was smooth. Are you a little embarrassed?
Still not used to being alone, thinking of something interesting, he would subconsciously call him, and after he was connected, he remembered that he had broken up with him, so he hung up silently. Do you want to reconcile with him?
We were young enough to know how to glue a broken toy, but not how to fix a broken friendship.
Until the punk outside the school found the school again, bullied him, made him eat the cursed cheesecake, and everyone avoided him, but I knew that I couldn't leave him. Stand up and help, that's what a friend is.
Since then, the two have become inseparable friends. After the hypocritical and arrogant female classmate hugged him and left, they looked at each other and smiled, tacitly knowing.
In childhood, even if it is held in the palm of the hand, there will be small grievances and small doubts that adults do not understand. However, we still have to grow up strong in all kinds of setbacks.
Even if it's a little gloomy, we still love to sing: I
remember when I was young,
you like to chat and I like to laugh.
I fell asleep unknowingly, and I knew how many
flowers fell in my dreams.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid quotes

  • Greg Heffley: [smugly] You're way too smart for me Patty Ferrell...

  • Greg Heffley: We'll hide here for the rest of class because I'm not playing that game! It's not fair. He's got all the neanderthals on the same team. It's barbaric!

Angie Steadman: It's completely barbaric. This place is an intellectual wasteland. But it's nice to meet a person more interested in his mind than his body.

Rowley Jefferson: You girls get to jump rope. What are you doing hiding?

Angie Steadman: Avoiding the pain. It all starts in middle school, you know? You're not a kid anymore. The coddling has stopped. Kids are now separated by intelligence. The weak are picked on and girls that you've known since kindergarten won't even talk to you anymore.

Greg Heffley: Well, it sounds like you've got it all figured out so go back to your book.

    [laughs]

Angie Steadman: This place is a glorified holding pen. It's where adults put you as you make that awkward transition between child and teenager so they don't even have to look at you.

    [pauses]

    Angie Steadman: Hi. I'm Angie.

Greg Heffley: [Pulls Rowley's hand away] Great Story! We're going to go now.

Rowley Jefferson: Why? This is a good spot.

Angie Steadman: It's a perfect spot. I survived all of the sixth grade here and I would enjoy some like-minded company to get me through the seventh.

Greg Heffley: Is that the whistle? I think I hear the whistle.

    [laughs]

Greg Heffley: We need to go!
