Who knows if we are already living in a "lake view"?

The impact of technology on our lives has reached unprecedented heights (SPACEX has already launched rockets to space, okay), but make a bold assumption about how to use data to achieve immortality? Just "upload" and you'll still be able to enjoy the food, the view, and even have great sex with your lover, isn't it tempting!

How feasible and plausible this story setting sounds. But immortality has to pay a price after all. The first thing in the play is the cost. The heavenly lake scene requires the protagonist Nathan's girlfriend to pay a large monthly bill, otherwise you have to live in the basement and live a life of 2G traffic, and Hell is fine. Money, traffic, and quality of life are equated. If you have money, you go to heaven, but if you don’t have money, you have to go to hell. After death, everyone is still divided into classes (in this way, the cost of burning paper money is much lower). At the same time, this brings up another problem. The family members and loved ones who pay for you suddenly become gods. They can directly determine the quality of your life, and even your life and death. Are you still willing to pay the price of this eternal life?

While watching the drama, another question arises in my heart. If data can really restore a real person, how should we treat him if we copy or create a new data? Is he the ultimate form of AI? How do we define the difference between a real person and an AI in the uploading world? However, maybe we are living in a fake and illusory world. After all, there is no initial setting. How can artificial intelligence know that it is not a real person? Then again, what is a person?
