I remember reading the statement written by Johannes: I will live every day for the rest of my life in the tragic and sad memories of Mr. Oscar Grant who shouldn’t be shot. He lost his life because of my actions, without any words. Can express my deep regret. I know that a daughter has lost her father, and the pain of a mother losing her son. Whether this statement is sincere or not, a life is lost because of a policeman, with racial discrimination and criminal history discrimination. How can it not make people worry? How can safety be guaranteed, and how effective is the system and regulations for safeguarding rights? After watching, there are mixed feelings, a gunshot, the tragedy of two families!
