Psychological review of this film.

The film felt boring at first, but the more I watched it, the more profound and real it became.
Many phenomena can be explained from psychology. I am a beginner and write blindly.
I think this film can be used as a psychology textbook.

h3. Participating in the confidence meeting

personally thinks it will not be useful, because listening to grief every day can only aggravate the inner pain. This is the same as listening to gloomy music every day and being unhappy every day. Psychology speaks.

h3. Attribution

This film is a perfect explanation of attribution.

* The male protagonist attributes the error to the little boy. belong to the outside. Ways to vent: confide.
* The heroine feels a little inward, unable to empathize at first, so she loses her temper, then empathizes with the little boy, and then empathizes with the parallel world.
* The little boy attributes to himself and empathizes with the parallel world.

One thing that needs to be mentioned is that sadness will be vented no matter what, so forbearance is not the way, find a way to do it. Atheist, it is easy to break down. I think doing good deeds is a better way of empathy.
Another point is: FAE fundamental attribution error, when something goes wrong, people always make wrong attribution, attributing the error to others, or to themselves. The film is actually an accident. Each made their own attribution.

h3. While watching this film, I was on the sofa, and my daughter, who was less than two months old, lay on my shoulders and fell asleep. Occasionally "giggling" laughter, my eyes are wet, I really hope her life is safe.

  • [last lines]

    Becca: [voice-over] And then what?

    Howie: [voice-over] I don't know... Something though.

  • Nat: You know, Becca, when your brother died, I found the church very helpful.

Becca: I know. I know you did, but that's you. That's not me, and Danny... Danny isn't Arthur.

Nat: You know, I brought you to church every Sunday.

Becca: Let's not start this again, okay, Mom? I'm just... I'm just calling about the cake.

Nat: You're not right about everything, you know? What if there is a God?

Becca: Then I'd say he's a sadistic prick.

Nat: All right, Becca, that's enough.

Becca: "Worship me and I'll treat you like shit." No wonder you like him. He sounds just like Dad.
