The films of Akira Kurosawa that I have seen before are all stories about ordinary little people who have experienced many twists and turns and finally succeeded. They have a strong personal heroism, which makes the viewer have a deep sense of substitution, and fluctuates with the development of the plot. However, this time it is a story. The protagonist has already climbed to the peak of power, but because of suspicion, greed, misunderstanding of slander, and ultimately self-destruction, it is more about the complexity of human nature. It is even more difficult to live in the high hall of the ancestral temple. .
