This plot is similar to Don Juan in Byron's writings. The whole film is more about Don Juan's masculine charm and how he, as a man, helped to guide the beauty of all kinds of women out of the character, music, costumes (although Very far-fetched use of ancient costumes) are very Spanish-style romantic. I have to deny that this movie is very suitable for Johnny Depp, or I simply say, this is a tailor-made movie for him. It is a film that glorifies love and sex.
The confusion of time and cultural background is probably the biggest bug of this film, although a lot of foreshadowing and explanation are used in the film, it is always a bit far-fetched. In the end, with the help of a psychiatrist, Don Juan did not commit suicide and was not convicted of mental illness, and he returned to Love Island to be with his sweetheart. We don't know the future story. Later stories are not so important. The important thing is that romance is enough. It's no wonder why this movie isn't so well known. Because there doesn't seem to be any saving grace other than romance. Whether it is a man or a woman who makes up this story, he/she must have a virgin complex. Movie stars are big names. The story is perfect. So when I watch this film, it is also pleasing to the eye, and bugs can also be treated leniently. Add some spice to life, romance is good.
