Then the ending should not be that surprising for me.
I just got too overwhelmed by Tom & Gil's “I love you”s that I missed this so obvious information.
I did blame Gil for a few seconds.
I guess the only strong one in the film is the unreal one Tom. Oh my poor Tom. The only one who has the ability to love someone but how pathetic that he is not real. Is love real?
Cecilia? she is just so real & so weak. Yes she is weak.
Gil? Another real person. His face in the end is just so blank.
It is like being real could be the excuse for all the cheating in the world.
