After coming to Canada for 3 years, I eat the food I bought from the supermarket every day, like hamburgers and fries. So I really miss eating vegetables grown in the small vegetable garden at my grandparents’ house when I was a child, and raising chickens, ducks and pigs in the most primitive way. Will these healthy and green local flavors still exist in a few decades?

The pursuit of maximizing benefits has made poisonous food the most serious globalization problem. When you know that more than 90% of the chickens in the United States are raised with antibiotics, cattle carry excessive amounts of E. coli, and food epidemics are erupting every year, what will you do?
