Even if you don't believe in Zhang Yimou, you have to believe in Yan Geling

(This is not a movie review, this is my real feeling after watching the movie. Those who criticize this movie should be careful.)

For the first time, the theater did not turn on the lights after the subtitles were typed. All the moviegoers quietly got up one after another, silently out of the theater. At the moment of watching the movie, I don't know whether to use shock or amazing to describe the surging surging in my heart at that time, borrowing Douyou's three-character motto comment - "sad, weeping, shock".

In recent years, director Zhang's plays have been watched one by one, and they are basically beautiful and beautiful in photography and weak in the plot of the story. Everyone almost forgot that he was the director who made the film "Alive" back then. Before watching the movie, classmate Yang Xiaoyou asked me if Zhang Yimou would make this novel and would it disappoint us too much? A word that came to my mind for no reason is that even if you don't believe in Zhang Yimou, you still have to believe in Yan Geling.

Yes, this is undoubtedly the best Chinese movie of 2011, bar none.

This is a good film because it is the brainchild of a team of more than 600 people in 24 countries. Many of Yan Geling's works have been remade into movies and TV series, but very few of them have been adapted by her. Another screenwriter, Liu Heng, collaborated with Zhang Yimou again after 25 years. It is not an excellent work. Laomouzi is really embarrassed. He opened his mouth, and it took 5 years to polish the script; and although Bell did not win the best actor when he invited him, if it weren't for the charm of the character, the excellent script, and the strong work team of Lao Mozi, I don't think anyone could have invited him. ; In terms of the Japanese team, the alternative Atsushi Watanabe was invited. Compared with Lu Chuan's Japanese team, the popularity and other aspects are better; what is even more exciting is that there are so many familiar names in the starring list, Nie Yuan/Dou Xiao/Huang Haibo/Hou Yong are almost completely ignored in the film, and they don't even have the memory of dragon tricks. It is not a film that can make so many stars willing to be hidden.

This is a good film because it was not released around the National Day. Like a blockbuster movie about the founding of the People's Republic of China, the Party Committee, Municipal Bureau and District Bureau of the government all bought collective tickets to support the box office; because even if it was a story about the Nanjing Massacre, and it was released on 12.13 Released a few days after this commemorative day, it did not play a high-sounding banner in the publicity;

This is a good film, because Zhang Yimou still chose 2D soberly, and spent 600 million yuan on the film, but he never thought about using 3D to win the box office to recover the cost. Although the crew shouted the slogan of 1 billion during the promotion, we can doubt it, but we cannot say that they are blind, because at least this film is still in 2D, and they are not here for 1 billion.

This is a good film, because after so many years, Zhang Yimou still has such a good eye for choosing actors, from Gong Li to Dong Jie, Zhou Dongyu to Ni Ni this time, different films have different flavors, but they are very successful every time. As soon as Yumo appeared, the whole Tang Weifan reappeared. Who would have thought that this was a girl who had never had any acting experience and reluctantly agreed to participate in the role after several persuasion by Zhang Yimou.

This is a good film, because Zhang Yimou is one of the few directors in China who can make still images rhythmically, and in this film he maximizes his strengths. The scene of the Chinese army charging with explosive packs, the scene of prostitutes entering the church that Shu Juan saw through the glass of the bell tower, the hollow faces of female students fighting with prostitutes and being hit by stray bullets, and being precisely shot by the national army instructor Li in Japan After the devil was rescued, Shu Juan's dull eyes, the glass that was smashed by bullets, and the mirror smashed by the women of Qinhuai River, these pictures will remain in the minds of the viewers for a long time.

It's a good film because it tells a story and asks thought-provoking human questions, what's the difference between women and girls? Why did the Qinhuai River women go instead of the female students? What is equality for all?

Finally, I want to say to all the friends I know, I really think this is a movie worth going to the cinema, and the 145-minute length will still make people unsatisfied. If you don’t go to the cinema for good Chinese films Support, and finally end up with the same box office as the bad film, then one day it will hit our excellent film workers.

PS: I don't want to quarrel with people who say that others are brain-dead at every turn, slander them as 50 cents without any basis, and easily give one star without watching a movie. I guess now that they're slamming bad, will they be praising the film when they learn that it's been nominated for the Golden Globes? However, I won't stop you from giving one star, it's none of your business if I give five stars, so don't scold me, it will only show your own low quality, thank you.
