I watched the French version before, and I watched the American version with the mentality of revisiting it. The main plot is the same, but a lot of changes have been made in the details. It is estimated that the director does not want to completely re-enact it. The American version incorporates more American elements. Comparing the two editions, the first sigh is: the problem that money can solve is not a problem, but many problems have nothing to do with money. When you are faced with love/courage/choice/responsibility, money is not the key factor, you are the most important, and the people who care about you are the second most important. The focus of both versions of the film is the collision between the characters/three views of the two protagonists of different classes, the emotional process from contradiction to mutual help, and finally the transformation of both parties. If the topic is farther away, the black guys in the movie only start to change because they meet their employers. Therefore, what we can learn from is to contact people who are beyond our circle as much as possible, even if it can't help us, but after seeing different lives, we will always make our own life think more and have more possibilities for improvement.
