simulating is not rape, it is part of acting, but the director clearly said wanted her spontaneous reaction, it's no longer simulating, it's sexual assault.
There is nothing to say about the score for this, when they decided to shoot like this, they recognized that it was part of the film, and people rated it as a normal expression of their attitude. Think about your own qualifications before you say someone else is insane.
