I read it once when I was a child, but I hardly understood it at that time. I only saw the story of my grandmother saving her grandson. When I grow up and look back, I find that there are many details in the movie, and when I look at the whole movie carefully, it is full of irony. I see a lot of people say they don't like the style of painting, but I think it is this style of painting that shapes the atmosphere of the film, depicting an extremely exaggerated but real society with extremely exaggerated human body proportions. Personally, I think that the atmosphere of the movie will be greatly reduced if it is replaced with a Japanese-style American painting style that is relatively more acceptable to the public. It's the style that shaped the movie, and the movie shaped that style.
It's my first time writing a review, sorry if I'm bad
