Mirador · Ugly but beautiful life

I don’t know much about movie reviews, so I’m not going to talk about good or bad, so I will just talk about my feelings about this movie.

The first is style. I have never seen absurd animations before, so I rejected it at first... But the 9.0 rating of Tencent Video aroused my curiosity! I couldn't understand the stage at the beginning, and then the proportion of the little boy's body when he grew up made me even more frightened visually. A little boy with unusual and weird proportions, a steamship the size of a tall building, a block-bodied underworld, and more... But! When I realized that it was an exaggerated expression, everything started to fall into place, and I started to feel that everything was reasonable and pleasing to the eye.

Second is the details. The dog's barking at the train was repeated three times in the beginning of the film, which made me feel that the existence of the plot made me feel unexpected, and it also increased my curiosity. After watching it, I started to pay attention to the details of the film, and I didn't want to miss any details that could surprise me. Sure enough, it didn't disappoint me, and the details that touched me more reached my satisfaction: one of the three sisters, an old lady with long straight white hair, obviously still loves beauty, combing her hair gently and confidently and brushing her teeth expressively. The three sisters now live in a messy environment and the crowds are also very real; the dog's dream is always a train-related criticism, but it will also change according to the day's experience, enhancing its presence in the protagonist's life sense and importance...

Finally, there are plot presentations and themes. The contrast between the fat and tall city passers-by and the protagonists is mostly the difference in expression and satire of wealth; the contrast between the exaggerated height of the building and the protagonist's hometown, the low attitude of the waiter in the theater and the exaggerated and deformed flattering actions, the poor daily life of the three sisters Meals and Hei Boss's expensive red wine gargling... There is no need to say much about the theme, generally it can be clearly seen and felt. There are also many irony and hidden themes, such as capitalism, autistic people, the helpless results of criticism, the meaning of beauty... As long as you dare to imagine, you may see more.

In general, I don't think the word "beautiful" in the title is inappropriate. I feel alone, under the exaggerated "ugly" style of painting, from the three sisters combing their hair, the old "ugly" and confident The impact of "beauty" is intertwined, and it is thought-provoking what is beauty? It is very touching. From a deep point of view, it is a reflection of society and life. Why don't the "ugly" things just constitute and express the beauty of life?

Of course, the above is also my own opinion, and I did not express the plot or other professional film reviews.
