Zimbardo found three kinds of guards in his research: the first guards are tough, but as long as the prisoners obey them, they can treat the offender fairly; the second guards are kind, they do something for the offender Little things, never punish prisoners; the third guard seems to like the power they have and find more imaginative ways to hurt inmates when they think they're not being observed by bystanders (no place to hide cameras) , began to abuse prisoners. Zimbardo believes that the psychological state of the prison guards was not taken into account at the beginning of the experiment, and its subsequent behavior was predicted accordingly.
