If you live in an era where consciousness can be extracted as a copy, then the body is really just a carrier, and people are immortal.
Black Mirror Patch now in the third season, everyone's mobile phone is getting smaller and smaller, but with more and more functions, they are all equipped with electronic eyes, and the buttons in their hands can take pictures, take pictures and block anyone you don't want to see, forever.
When your life becomes electronic, so everything can be digitized. Your personal butler can be a copy of your consciousness, she knows all your likes and dislikes, and helps you arrange your day. Is this consciousness you? You would say no, it has no life, so it's not real, it doesn't have any rights.

Then why is it so easy to say convicted when a copy of the criminal's consciousness is presented and "I confessed" is said? And obviously all of this can be attributed to the fault of others. The girlfriend cheated on her Asian friend, wanted to have an abortion when she was pregnant, but her boyfriend refused, so the girlfriend blocked him directly. Year after year, he could only see her and their daughter at Christmas, because he was blocked, and he didn't even know the little girl was not his, until his ex-girlfriend died unexpectedly. After the shielding failed, he was struck with five thunders. In a fit of rage, he killed his ex-girlfriend's father, tore up his countless letters asking for forgiveness and kept him in guilt. It was such a smart data world that wiped out all possibilities from the very beginning. He could have have a normal life.

So, how can we define a person's consciousness, whether it is human, and whether it can be respected?
Deadlock, no solution.

Seriously, isn't it difficult for Asian men to date European women?

Too extreme, a plot made up to abuse people. It is to let the audience make the voice of "the development of science and technology is too cruel and inhuman". It seems to arouse the audience's thinking about the convenience of technology vs. human nature. In fact, this Black Mirror work is the most inhuman and vicious one. The setting of copy and shield is too arbitrary to stand up to scrutiny. Is it possible that the male protagonist still drove a car with exactly the same function as now?

  • Matt: It wasn't really real, so it wasn't really barbaric.
