Audiences who like calm narrative style movies are suitable for this type of movie. It is difficult to say whether the protagonist is Jim Fitzgerald or Ted Kaczynski. Personally, I understand that Ted Kaczynski is more like the protagonist. Ted Kaczynski himself is an anti-social personality. Socially recognized, he is lonely and eager to communicate with people, but he has no object to communicate with. He himself is a victim, and his unfortunate experience in college has contributed to the formation of a morbid personality. In the play, his relationship with his girlfriend broke down, and after being fired by his younger brother, he chose to live alone in the mountains and forests. In this environment, he chose a unique way of venting his dissatisfaction with the society, making and mailing bombs by himself, which eventually caused social tragedy. However, because of his high IQ of 167, the FBI failed to catch him in 17 years. If it wasn't for his brother's report, it is estimated that he would not have been caught. From the perspective of criminal psychology, if a person can empathize with the psychology of the victim, there may be no criminals, and there will not be so many criminal acts in the world. As Natalie tells Fitz in the show: there is only one thing not accounted for in ted's philosophy, but it is everything .It was what you felt shaking Epstein's hand.
