You said that taking drugs is good / I said that it is very hard to do gastric lavage in case of death. It
is too painful to cut the pulse / I can't accept it.
Burning charcoal / You and I agree with the most comfortable method. / But it’s too negative and sad
You say it’s better to freeze to death / Wear a sweatshirt to freeze to death in the Arctic,

You say you can actually travel around the world first / Then freeze to death in Finland
Okay Idea / I say that Nordic is our death terminal
very romantic idea / You ask when it is going to be carried out, it's
better to be twenty-nine / Live forever at twenty-nine"
- my little airport "Nordic is our death terminal" Station"
I thought about what music to put on a wedding, what music to put on a funeral.
But before that, I really never thought about what music should be played when I commit suicide.
Until Zia woke up and flipped the needle on the record player,
"But now she's dead / Forever dead / Forever dead and lovely now." In Tom Waits' "Dead and Lovely", he cut his wrists and committed suicide. There were no important fragments of the legendary life in front of him, and the last thing he saw was nothing more than a lump of dust.
We always habitually regard death as the last outlet in despair, and we will die if it is a big deal. Yet you may find yourself being teased that we were never given the right to choose the end, and the so-called death is just the beginning of another scam.
Then Joy Division's "Love Will Till Us Apart" sounded, and a parallel world of suicidal people with no joy and no smiles was waiting for Zia. And told him: "This world is basically the same as the world before death, except that everything is a little worse than before." Death is not the end, and no one can choose to stop the ridiculous game of life. Moreover, as the price, you have to bring all the memories of your life. The pain has not been reduced, but can only continue to be superimposed.
In fact, the beginning of the movie is more exciting than the later, and there are many places in the later story that can directly guess the next scene. And interspersed with, for example, Tom Waits' Kneller saying, "The more you want, the less you can't get. It only happens when you don't care." This old-fashioned and didactic chicken soup for the soul. But I still like the overall grimness and cruelty, or reality, of this film.
Especially in the back of the movie, one of the shots is the image of the dumb girl when she chooses to freeze to death in the North Pole. It reminded me of the lyrics of the above mla, and then I suddenly realized that "wearing a sweatshirt to freeze to death in the North Pole" is not romantic, nor decent, and it would be ugly to die.
In this parallel world, everyone's face is ashes, and if unfortunately they die from a bullet, there may be a big hole in the top of their head. Plants no longer grow here, and various wrecks lining the long roads replace the scenery in the normal world. So when Zia was excitedly holding her ex's address to find her, Mikal said casually, prepare a bunch of flowers anyway. Zia asked back: Do you think there will be flowers here?
So the price of cheating with plug-ins is that when you enter the next world, you will find that when you are desperate, there is no even the only exit of "suicide". They said, "Of course you don't want to kill yourself again, you know how painful it is." What's more, who knows how bad the world will be if you die this time. So I can only endure the once unbearable life day after day.
And love is probably a desperate existence.
When Mikal quietly bought them sunglasses.
When Mikal and Zia sat in the car one after the other, spraying green paint on the bunch of dead grass that was used as a flower, and then sneaking the flower into the black hole while Zia wasn't paying attention.
When they sang
"When there's a trap set up for you
In every corner of this town
And so you learn the only way to go is underground" to the music on the road,
it made sense, even if Zia found his former life His girlfriend - the only person he missed after his death, he had already fallen in love with Mikal.
In fact, love is really not a great thing, no matter how deep and intense it was at that time, it only existed in that specific time and place. Once this one is broken, love can easily and easily cease to exist.
The relationship between Zia and EX is like this, and the relationship between Zia and Mikal is even more so. They just happened to comfort each other in the afterlife world, and even accepted such a relationship involuntarily. So when Mikal wanted to return to the world before his death and really succeeded, he never thought of saying goodbye to Zia, he was almost a passer-by of her.
So when they finally opened their eyes and returned to the world to meet again, I didn't think it was a happy ending because of this. It was just a story that fate had arranged for a long time, and it was not so precious and irreplaceable. Love. And only pain is eternal, and the pain will still be superimposed over and over again like the beginning, and there will never be an exit.
