.....I really can't use instant messaging tools, just mess around for half a day. Ahem, let's get down to business, let's talk about the story of the wrist slitter. According to the introduction, this is a dark and humorous movie, but it is basically very cold, and there is no big name for it.
Strictly speaking, this can't be called the heaven for the wrist-cutters, it should be called the hell to die. As the protagonist said at the beginning, this world is no different from the world before his death, but it is worse than that world. No smiles, no plausible life, everyone is a real walking dead.
It's really bad, the scene is a road movie from 20 years ago, the roadside is full of rubbish, half-buried cars in the sand, sofas with messy cotton, like a drunk monster there, just unloading Down the tires... blah blah blah. Our protagonist committed suicide because of his girlfriend. He was supposed to live a boring life in that world, but a chance encounter in the supermarket changed his life. That is his old friend, met in this world (how strange, I don't like this setting.), the protagonist asked the cause of his death, he said, when you see all your friends around you die, you I wonder why I'm so different, but the death of Desiree (the protagonist's girlfriend in the living world) was the direct cause of my suicide. This reminds me of the news I read a while ago. A small town in the UK was shrouded in the curse of suicide, and dozens of people died in a few months. These people committed suicide in different ways. Most of these people were Young people in their twenties, and they knew each other well before their death. I wonder if the director borrowed this inspiration or the other way around.
Our protagonist, unable to restrain his inner urge, finally embarks on the road of looking for a girlfriend with the friends he met in the world of the dead.
On the way, I met Mical who came here by mistake because of the mistake of the "person in charge", and the three of them went on the road inexplicably.
In this movie, the clothes are very ragged, which can basically be described as ragged, the music is ugly, everything is cut corners and shoddy, and the director is trying to show us how bad the world that dies is. In the battered car that was barely on the road, there was a strange black hole under the seat where anything fell and disappeared without a trace.
Later, the protagonist falls in love with Mical and finds a girlfriend, but the girlfriend has joined the cult, Mical found the "responsible person", and the person in charge sent him back to the original world (with a visa). During the search process, the protagonist met a high-level executive who was in charge. Later, the high-level revived the protagonist. In the world of us living people, the protagonist's wrist cut was rescued in time. When he woke up, he found that the person lying on the opposite bed was Mical, the two of them responded with a somewhat stiff smile in the world of the dead.
It's actually kind of boring. It reminded me of the painful experience of watching "Strawberry Muffins". I watched it for an hour or two ("Strawberry Muffins" lasted for two and a half hours!), and found that it was not interesting at all. In this movie, the only interesting thing is probably that the high-level undercover officer in charge told our protagonist that miracles often happen when you don't care and let go of everything.
The irony is that the protagonist (presumably his soul) returns to the real world from the black hole in that squeaky wrecked car. I don't know if this secret will be discovered by other dead people, otherwise the world will be lively.
