Tragedy living as a symbol

A person, living as a symbol, is it luck or misfortune? Perhaps, for this era, it is lucky; but for individuals, it is the ultimate tragedy.
Last year, I was fortunate enough to watch "Enthusiasm Like Fire" in Xiaoxitian. This is the first time I watched Monroe's movie. She used to be a flat image on the poster to me, but in the movie, she was unrestrained, sexy and delicate, which aroused my interest in this symbol.
"A Week Between Me and Monroe" is about the scene of Monroe during the filming of "The Dragon and the Phoenix". Fragile, falling apart, blurred, morbid, vivid, charming, fascinating. Complete contradiction.
After watching "A Week Between Me and Monroe", I watched "The Dragon and the Phoenix" one after another.
Monroe is really a beautiful wife, and the plot didn't arouse me any interest, but just watching Monroe, it lasted two hours. It is hard to imagine how Monroe maintained the enthusiasm as always on the screen in that state of mind.
How is Monroe's acting skills? If Monroe herself is the innocent and unrestrained character he showed on the screen, then she has restored her charm in every play. If Monroe is not of this character, then she must be what I have seen. One of the greatest actors ever.
I found a set of photos of Monroe when she was 20 years old.
I can hardly recognize her.
