crime and punishment

Crime and Punishment, I think that's the point of this movie. Everyone in the movie is guilty. The wife who opens the door without seeing who is coming is guilty, the old man who rapes is guilty, and the husband who lynches is guilty. Yet everyone was punished. But this is based on an almost impossible society. Everyone in the film does not want to solve the problem through the law, and let their human instincts do things. As a result, the contradiction became more and more prominent, the problem became bigger and bigger, and finally became irreversible. Of course, as long as anything is done, it is irreversible, but everyone chose the worst method. And in addition to the death of the old man and the cost of his life for his crimes, the punishments received by living wives and husbands are enormous: broken marriages, fermented public opinion, and changes in their own personalities. The husband used to be so friendly and kind, open-minded, helpful, and has many friends, but because of that incident, he became extremely sensitive and caring. The wife is very concerned about other people's opinions. When this incident occurs, she is very broken. Her husband still doesn't understand her. I think this is what he can't bear.

Some shots are still beautiful, especially the way the drama and reality intersect, which is wonderful. But the story is very depressing, the foreshadowing is too deliberate, sometimes it feels too much force, and some parts are unclear, and I feel bad after reading it, so I give it three points.

In the final analysis, it is because they pay too much attention to their inner feelings and thoughts, and they are too emotionally driven to do things, which leads to the final tragedy. Rationality is an important factor in man being able to survive as happily as possible. Leave the sin to the sensibility, and leave the punishment to the rational law.

The image of the old man's family is a little too thin and too face, but the other plots are laid out as if watching the companion volume of "A Parting". It's just that this time the target is directed at the concept of shame in a male-dominated society. The protagonist switches between the identities of the victim and the perpetrator, all because of the dignity of the male authority. In the play, I think it's the finishing touch. Farhadi's standard.
