Illumination's animated film seems to have become naive after "Despicable Me 3", and now there are many places where I feel embarrassed watching this film in theaters. The design of lines and jokes is so important!
There are too many story branches in the movie. At the beginning, I felt that the story line was hard to pull. The diaspora in the front was really boring, and the middle stage was slightly better.
Even in animation, there are too many unscientific scenes, Max broke the window, and the old grandma hurt passers-by for no reason. The rigor can be seen. It can make children happy in the cinema, but it can't stand scrutiny at all.
I recently watched the "Toy Story" series, and when I watch this one again, I feel that Max and Duke are too similar to Woody and Buzz, and the stories are very similar. The owner of the movie is too caring, and on the whole, except for the farm animals, there is nothing new in the whole movie, and there are a lot of animation scenes.
I have to complain about Daisy's dubbing. The voice really doesn't match the character. It's very uncomfortable to watch. Although it should be "black and black" with Snowball, it is too inconsistent.
