First of all, before writing a film review, everyone must read the original English version, not the Chinese! Don't look at Mandarin! (Mandarin-like rabbit dubbing has lost its cute soul...)
Express your opinion from personal experience, for reference only~
The first part has an excellent visual experience, with dense laughs and a compact plot connection. The second part has made a bold attempt to develop three story lines at the same time from the plot.
The first is the rural adventure of Mike and Boss Du, the second is the story of Tweet to save the little bee, the third is the rabbit and the brown dog rescuing the little tiger, and the last three storylines are the revolt against the circus boss as the meeting point. The plot of the whole play is barely connected, but the compactness and fluency of the plot are somewhat unsatisfactory.
Some story paragraphs are slightly redundant. The beginning and the end of the film focus on the arrival and growth of the little master, but the main part of the plot has nothing to do with the little master. In my opinion, it is just to join the dog and the little master. The warm feeling of the owner.....
But compared to the first film, the emotional core of the film is richer and more educational.
The daily love between Mike and the little master is warm and lovely, which brings people a little touch;
Uncle Lu is like a father who is not good at speaking, and guides Mike to gradually learn to face it bravely;
It turned out that the cute and cheap bad rabbit also became docile and abnormal under the love of the little master, leaking two big white teeth, and happily accepted the gentleness of the little master.
Maybe many adults think this kind of feeling is too naive, but these naive feelings are exactly what we so-called "adults" lack.
Just like the painting in "The Little Prince" that adults sneer at, if we treat all innocence, fantasy, and purity as useless "a hat", then life is too boring, isn't it?
I especially like the last sentence of the film. This sentence is also a piece of advice for "adults":
Because he's my child, I'll show him this vast, vicious, but incredibly magical world.
