bland but irresistible

I have always claimed to be a standard anime fan, but I am definitely not a fan of Hayao Miyazaki. Miyazaki stuff has always been too bland, the lack of ups and downs in my eyes makes it hard to stay focused for two hours. The change is gradual, from Spirited Away, to listening attentively..

Maybe it’s the age when the weather is cool and autumn, maybe because of the lack of the attraction of prosperous things, the heart gradually calms down, and I begin to feel that the noise is more impermanent , while the bland is more timeless.

That's what it feels like to listen to me. I read it slowly in three separate readings. I wasn't very excited or impatient, I just thought it should be like this. When you meet someone who is in love with each other, you work hard to be worthy of the other party's efforts, and after trying hard, you find your self-confidence and the direction of your efforts.. Then, there is no ending. Sunrise, promise, then end, can't stop.

Your dreams, or fantasies, have a certain path to achieve, starting from what you can do. Even that, how unrealistic in the eyes of others. However, after all, the dream is your own, and it is enough to work hard in the way you think.

I am...I am moved by the young love emotions of the two...In my own life, there will be a person who inspires me to go faster, in order to be able to catch up, hold his hand It is so wonderful not to be a burden to him, to support him behind his back, to fall in love with him, and to grow old hand in hand with her.

Whisper of the Heart quotes

  • Shiho: Tidy up quickly and take that lunch box to Dad.

    Shizuku: What?

Shiho: What do you mean by that tone? You're going to the library, right? Or shall I go instead? Then you can clean the toilet, the bathroom, and the entryway too, and go to the co-op for me. And take in the futons, do the shopping, and prepare dinner.

    Shizuku: Goodbye!

  • Seiji: Shizuku, I just wanted to let you know I really liked your lyrics. You're a really talented writer.

Shizuku: Just the other day you said they were corny.

Seiji: Oh, did I really say that?

    Shizuku: Seiji!

    Seiji: I'm sorry.

Shizuku: Ha! You're forgetful too. See you later!
