Since the sundance hit at the beginning of the year, I finally watched it. Overall, it is much better than the script. I think a large part of it is due to Awkwafina's performance, which made many plot points that were likely to be embarrassed when reading the script to be a soft landing. The rhythm and breath of the film enliven the atmosphere of the whole film.
