Life is not easy, don't underestimate life

It's pretty, and it's depressing. Even in the so-called welfare state, it is unfair to treat people who have died from illness, but are still full of hope and earnestly work hard to live. It stands to reason that they should not accept benefits, but they have to apply for complex objective reasons. This is not because they did not work hard, it is just bad luck, and it is not their own fault. Government workers are indifferent and ignorant of the situation, making people angry, but they also act according to the rules, and the neighbors and friends around are also very nice, so who should be blamed?
