A masterpiece of realism with feminist ideas

The realism theme is a masterpiece of two story lines. The main line is about how the female protagonist tries her best to help her best friend get an abortion. The secondary clue is the conflict between the female protagonist and the male protagonist about whether there will be an unexpected pregnancy and how to resolve it. The latter still serves the former. It is used to show that sisters are more reliable, and men only want to be cheerful and not really responsible. In order to help her girlfriend have an abortion, the heroine even sacrificed her own body, and then helped her girlfriend with various aftermaths, treating her as before. Even when I was attending my boyfriend's mother's birthday party, I was still worried about the situation on the other side of my girlfriend, which was very touching. Especially in the balance between boyfriends and girlfriends, it reflects sisterhood. But I always feel that my best friend is a little bit sorry for the heroine's friendship with her. She faces her life with an attitude of evasion and irresponsibility, but the consequence is that the heroine will pay for her. You also agreed to such words to shirk responsibility, saying that the heroine also has responsibility.

The director tries to show the friendship between the women, but the portrayal is not so satisfying, in my opinion. The friendship between the two women is unequal, not the kind of intersubjectivity, and may be biased towards the subject-object style. The girlfriends are more complaining, and the heroine is giving.

Question: Did the girlfriend deceive and use the heroine after the heroine promised to help her get an abortion? For example, telling the doctor that the heroine is her sister, but not telling the heroine in advance, is it because she is timid? And in the end, the female protagonist made sex with the doctor for her? The heroine has done a lot for her best friend and risked going to jail, but her best friend seems to complain more?

Maybe in my opinion, this kind of friendship should come to an end. Because there may be deceit, selfless help, but no real return.
