An in-depth analysis of the plot of "The Cry"!

Many people have two extreme evaluations of this film, but for me, it is not so good (at least not as good as the memory of murder), but not so bad (it is not a star or a half that is better than domestic horror films). Let’s go back to the film itself. Many people must have a lot of things they don’t understand about the plot of the film. Share my thoughts below.
1: The identity of the Japanese old man: a devil, not a ghost, the film finally transformed. At the beginning, all the suspicions were aimed at the Japanese old man and misled the audience that he was a ghost. In fact, he mainly possessed ordinary people (with red herpes on his body). These ordinary people became crazy after being possessed and killed their relatives, and then the Japanese old man did something like The dead turn into zombies (these zombies are extremely powerful, but in the end they die suddenly), and then he wants to eat these zombies (two people in the film see demons eating dead flesh).
2: The female ghost is good or bad: The female ghost is a good person. At first, in the male protagonist's dream, he suggested that the Japanese old man was the culprit, then chased and killed the Japanese old man, and then stopped the male protagonist from going home to avoid being killed, but the funny thing is, again When blocking the male protagonist, the female ghost still exhaled and had a shadow. The director was really informal, and he didn't use special effects when he was supposed to.
3: Wizard: It is an accomplice of the Japanese old man. The so-called fighting with the Japanese old man is completely fake. The Japanese old man was injured by turning the dead into a zombie to consume his power, or the female ghost attacked him when he was doing it. Japanese old man The female ghost who appeared at the door is the proof. At the end of the film, the wizard took a photo for the old Japanese man. Moreover, the wizard was attacked by the female ghost and vomited blood, and kept calling to tell the male protagonist that the female ghost was the real murderer to frame her.
4: Male protagonist and daughter: I have to say that this little actress is really good at acting. She was possessed by a ghost for the second time, with all kinds of terrifying expressions and movements. But the final outcome should be to become a zombie after death.
5: A bunch of unknown plants appear on the beams of the house at the beginning and end of the film, which should represent some kind of hint of a female ghost.

The first time I was frightened and screamed, I was dazed by the complicated characters and the continuous reversal. I thought about what the ghost was, but it really came out. I felt that my IQ was crushed, and I really wanted to give three points. After watching the exclusive interview with the director and actor, and then watching it for the second time, I have a completely different experience. I can find more burdens and details, and I am also in the mood to pay attention to the art, props and soundtrack of the screen. I want to give four and a half stars, but less than half because I still I don't believe in the worldview of these eccentrics and directors.

Fresh people are afraid of Japanese disease, Japanese people and stick traitors collude with one black and one white to form a Tai Chi diagram, the monotheism brought by the poor beautiful dog is a scum, and the last tears of the unknown female ghost are probably the accusation of the impotence of the stick soul for a lifetime. Pity me, the locust man was so miserably abused by the oriental ghosts, but I couldn't make such a film.

The Wailing quotes

  • Il-Gwang: Even among other demons, he's a master of evil.

Jong-Goo: If that's true, why did it have to be...

Il-Gwang: ...your daughter? What sin did that young girl ever commit?

    Jong-Goo: Yes.

Il-Gwang: If you go fishing, do you know what you'll catch?

    Jong-Goo: No.

Il-Gwang: He's just fishing. Not even he knows what he'll catch. He just threw out the bait, and your daughter took it.

  • Il-Gwang: Not everything that moves, breathes, and talks is alive.
