Do you know that you are still willing to persevere when your dreams need to cost your life?

I actually can't understand people who chase such a dangerous sport as a dream.

Although it can bring a lot of income, it is good to be able to make money with hobbies, but the risk is too great, and a momentary carelessness can make people leave this world.

But everyone has their own aspirations. For Alex, I still give full respect and feel his fun from my own perspective. Maybe I will never try rock climbing in my life, but I fully understand the feeling of changing rock climbing as a hobby, the constant challenge, and the feeling of doing it well from the bottom of my heart. It's just that for ordinary people, Alex's hobbies are different from ordinary people.

I've found that these people who can excel in one area seem paranoid and "selfish." Alex decides that if he wants to conquer El Capitan, he will no longer pay attention to the dissuasion of others, whether it is a long-term friend or a beloved girlfriend. And when he said that if I died, not many people would actually be sad, I was very surprised that he actually said such words in front of the camera. In the traditional Chinese concept, some things are realistic, but they are better buried deep in their hearts. If you speak out, you will have to accept moral judgment. In addition, he didn't care about his girlfriend's opinion, and suggested that his girlfriend should find another true love after he "dies". These words also surprised me how he could be so indifferent.

It seems that this is another essential element of character for a person to be successful. People who can do great things are firm and even paranoid in their hearts, and can make sacrifices for their goals.

From the standpoint of an outsider, even risking a life for a dream might be a blessing.
