"Becoming Jane"
can finally sit back and enjoy this long-awaited film.
Anne Hathaway is exactly the Jane I imagined, the writer I love so much.
Jane, like every girl who meets love for the first time, is brave, persistent, tenacious, but has the softness and clarity unique to adolescent girls. Once it is determined, it will be desperate to pursue and take responsibility. Perhaps what is touching is the reflection of our own shadow on her body, revealing the stubborn but beautiful and pure child who has been far away and willing to give up everything for love.
When Jane packed her bags and walked out of the house, she looked at the environment in which she grew up, and her face was full of unease and sadness: on the one hand, there was reluctance and guilt for her family; on the other hand, her lover was waiting for her. Turning his head, the sun and smile hit his face again, with an aura of willingness and happiness.
She ran to him without hesitation, and in the hug, he asked her if she would regret it, and she responded by kissing him warmly. In order not to miss the early carriage to London. She was led by him and ran all the way. This girl in love is straightforward, persistent, and at the mercy of love.
In the car, she was delighted but firm, full of confidence and expectations for the future.
However, what made her change her mind and give up love.
A letter begging to give from Tom's family. Jane didn't want him to let him ignore his family because of her and fall into a lifetime of apology and guilt. And at this moment, she also understood what Tom gave up for love, and what the price was. She understands more about his hesitation, his good character and his flaming love for her.
"What kind of woman drags down the person she loves?" She seemed to be asking him and herself.
In the end, she gave up, ignoring Tom's choked voice and his childlike helpless but eager eyes.
Rather than saying that this is Jane's abandonment of love, it is better to say that this is the sublimation of her love, and behind the sublimation is Jane's life-long waiting for their love.
I don't think Jane will ever forget Tom's waiting that day.
Girl, if your lover is waiting on the other side, will you run to him without hesitation like Jane?
