"Becoming Jane Austen"

The plot unfolds slowly in a Hamptonshire with a strong Austin atmosphere.
A humble and arrogant woman. An arrogant and transparent gentleman.
They collided with each other and seemed out of place, but they burst out with such an exciting love.

Anne Hathaway, Anne Hathaway. Brought me tidal breathing again.

In "The Princess Diaries", Scorpio girl Anne Hathaway became famous overnight. "Brokeback Mountain" and "The Devil Wears Prada", Anne Hathaway's role has continued her ego, stubborn tone. At 3:16 in the morning, in "Becoming Jane Austen", Jan's elopement, that resolute love, that shrill gaze, made my nerves swell, my breathing quickened, beyond words.

Perhaps "Becoming Jane Austen" is just revealing such a love that belongs to Jane Austen's life.

What kind of time, the tranquility of Park Hua in the countryside, the English castle in the early morning, the UK in a certain era cannot be traced back, but the film is interspersed with good shots, music, plots, and moving.

Jan's mother tried her best to match the so-called ideal marriage for her, hoping that life would not be embarrassed by money, but Jan refused a marriage without love. Jan knew exactly what she needed, what she loved.

Jane said, I can support myself with my pen.
What a frivolous answer, the achievement of Jan's greatness.

"Pride and Prejudice" is Jane Austen's unfulfilled dream, love does not believe in time. Yes, love can germinate suddenly. There is no worldliness, no responsibilities and no burdens in the quality of love. People say this is selfish love, but it is this kind of love that sustains our lives and sustains our yearning and pursuit of love.

Jan's departure is so forbearing, it is love to perfection, it is love with life.
Leaving is just an appearance.
Such love. If you meet. What do you want.

Tom meets Jane again. The look in his eyes was still the same. The temples have turned white in the years, and the love is still strong. Tom named his daughter Jan. This statement has not been verified so far. Like the plot, this is just a play that is almost extravagant. Their love is mutual, and in another time span, another space, their love shines brightly.

At the end of the film, Jane is among the people reading her own text for Tom's daughter, Jan. It is a recognition of the past, a proof that their love is not consumed in hateful time.

Tom said, if we can't be together, what's the point of life.
The tree said, it is a pity that it is not Jane, not so great.

Don't think of it as Austen, it's still a more beautiful love fairy tale. But this is Austin, and she would never have had such a story anyway.

Hathaway's accent is still not well learned.

Becoming Jane quotes

  • Jane Austen: Cassie, his heart will stop at the sight of you, or he doesn't deserve to live. And, yes, I am aware of the contradiction embodied in that sentence.

  • Tom Lefroy: Good God. There's writing on both sides of those pages.
