A father who lost his wife retires to finally realize the joy of being with his family, caring for each other and loving each other.
For that weekend family reunion, Frank went to the supermarket to buy good wine and a state-of-the-art broiler, so that he could grill outdoors with the kids like before. However, the children have their own careers and are busy with work, so they can't rush home to have dinner with their father on the weekends. It was because of his long-term exposure to PVC that he suffered from severe lung disease. In an instant, Frank understood his son's love for him.
At the end of the film, the whole family gathered again for Christmas, and then the pure music played "For so long, I was out the cold. And I taught myself to believe every story...."
