Originally, I wanted to write this movie with a relatively large amount of space. Later, at the time of 19, I was lazy, and the world was turbulent. For the first time, I was lazy and wrote a few words less. First, a tribute to the author Oscar Wilde, who left a valuable legacy with his brilliant mind and sharp language. A very metaphorical fable. The idea of the novel is very good. After more than 100 years, the realistic meaning that the author wants to express through the novel is still very impressive. The story has made the people who are usually insensitive and chaotic, with a face-like refinement, ugliness, beauty, purity, debauchery, loyalty, betrayal, and oath. Because of Wilde's identity as a playwright, its language settings are particularly scene and Poetic. In particular, the pure love scene between Dorian Gray and the actress maximizes the pure and beautiful audio-visual experience. In contrast, the director's job is only complete storytelling and scene restoration. The good news is that the director did put enough effort into restoring the Victorian court streetwear. Many of the scenes in the film seem to have typical British Gothic forms and tones, dark, gorgeous, delicate haircuts, elegant costumes, and every bit reflects the depravity and hedonism of the era. As for the choice of actors, it's a matter of chance. The actor Dorian Gray, the protagonist, is handsome but a little thin, and it can also be said to be a bit mean. On the contrary, the painter is even more brilliant. His fiery passion for art and his unspeakable love for Dorian Gray are well expressed by the actor's eyes. I have a lot of ideas about the meaning of selling our souls for youth. In many cases, we just sold our souls, and finally lost our youth and became nothing.
