After watching this movie, I understand what is called mental retardation. The content of the story is very simple. The CIA and the international criminal organization are looking for a genius hacker who has mastered the vulnerability of the US nuclear missile system. The CIA agent was the first to find and hide this person. Later, the agent was killed by a criminal organization, but the CIA transplanted the agent's brain memory into the head of another murderer with a matching congenital brain development through medicine, and then the murderer embarked on the road of redemption and began to interact with the international community.
