will you give up your life

This film is a typical American popcorn film, with various eye-catching elements: spy wars, gun battles, car chases, new Cold War backgrounds, love, and family responsibilities. However, the screenwriting skills are slightly insufficient, and there are many logical flaws in the plot, so it is not so successful at the box office. This is more like an assembly product that comes out of the assembly line, which is quite satisfactory but there are not many surprises.
In fact, this film is about the process of one personality occupying another. Jericho finally gave up his personality and became the new Billy. Although to make the whole process more acceptable, Jericho's previous life is portrayed in a terrible way: being thrown out of the car by his adoptive father with serious head injuries, typical antisocial personality disorder, and being locked in a single for a felony Man's cell... So it seems like a happy comedy story when his personality is replaced by the family-minded personality of CIA agent Billy.
However, isn't this the execution of Jericho? If given a chance, would you give up your past to embrace a new life? This is something worth considering. Think about your joys, sorrows and sorrows, everything about you has been erased, are you still you? Everyone has only one life, if you give up, you will never come back. In my opinion, this movie is nothing more than spending 2 hours watching an alternative execution process.
