dog is stronger than man

The film is a remake of Japan's "Antarctic Story" in 1983 and adapted from the real story of the Japanese Antarctic Expedition Team. The reality is more cruel than the film, and only 2 of the last 15 sled dogs are left.
The name "Antarctic Adventure" is the official Chinese name. I think the translator must have never seen this film, otherwise he would never have translated "Eight Below" into a funny "Antarctic Adventure" or "Minus 8 Degrees". Those are 8 great beings who were betrayed by humans and survived in harsh environments.
It's a "Saving Private Ryan" type of story. Hollywood should be familiar with this kind of subject matter, but I would rather have no human presence in this film, so that I will feel better. Humans are selfish, and the male protagonist finally decided to go back, not to save those dogs, but because he heard the story of the dog owner and wanted to find peace in his heart, "The truly important thing is to find a thing to make your heart peace ". The film actually wanted to show the deep feelings between the male protagonist and the dog, but those plots were so pale in my opinion, I only saw the ugliness of human beings. Even after the dogs started living alone, I wanted to fast forward when I saw the picture of the human world. I wanted to see the lives of dogs, how they united to hunt for food, and how strong they were to survive. But it is very contradictory, and I hope to see the hero to save them as soon as possible. The Antarctic winter is really long, and it takes two lives. In the end, it was a happy ending, the souls of mankind were redeemed, but those two lives were forever buried under the Antarctic ice sheet. Films attempt to portray humans as messianic characters, which seems to be a common problem in Hollywood. Only the pure heart of the little boy remembers the heroes of the story "the dogs that saved my daddy".
The dogs are the protagonists of this film. In the predicament, MAYA directed everyone to prey; MAX attracted the attention of the fur seals for everyone's safety; after MAYA was injured, in order not to drag everyone down, he wanted MAX to be the leader, but after MAX preyed, he first gave food to the injured MAYA. Without betrayal, without selfishness and greed, the dog's world is as pure as the ice and snow in Antarctica. They can live better without humans.
We need these dogs to touch our, human sorrows.
