Time waits for no one

After watching the cartoon, my brain went blank for a moment...because there were still many doubts about the dialogue between the characters at the end of the film at that time≧﹏≦. Later, I saw a lot of people posting on the Internet saying they didn’t understand why it ended like that. What does it mean to wait for you in the future? Is there any way for Makoto to keep that painting alive into the future? Why are Makoto and Chiaki so emotionally committed to each other? Can such a promise be fulfilled?
Later, after I checked the information, I realized that the main character Konno Makoto in this cartoon did not exist in the original work more than 20 years ago. The protagonist of the old version turned out to be Makoto's aunt... I'm starting to get a little confused. So I simply checked the original work (novel) and read Yasutaka Tsutsui's original novel "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" in one breath, and now I finally understand the meaning of what Makoto's aunt (witch) Kazuko Fangshan said later. From this, I recalled the phrase "Time waits for no one" that appeared many times in the film, and I was filled with emotion...
Even if I had the ability to look back in time, even if I could go back to the so-called past and want to change the destiny Things are also in vain. The flow of time and the cycle of fate are never changed by personal will.

Written here, there is inevitably a religious destiny in it. We tend to take advantage of time to be clever, and such clever behavior is actually just a futile struggle.
Time waits for no one, we often think that we are fully prepared, but we often become vulnerable in a situation where we are caught off guard >_<.

I remember that there was a scene in the cartoon where Makoto kept going back in time in order to avoid Qian Zhao’s confession (I always think of Zhou Xingchi’s repeated use of the Moonlight Treasure Box to go back to the past when I see it here… Halo, This seemingly repeated scene actually made me feel a lot: because Makoto has been avoiding, because she repeatedly avoided deliberately, Qianzhao and Yuri got closer and closer, while Makoto at this time was avoiding. Although she has noticed it (and thus has a small sense of loss), she has not really realized how precious she has lost...

There are many such scenes in the film. Fortunately, after returning to the past again and again, Makoto finally realized her intentions clearly and finally understood what she wanted to cherish, so when she went back for the last time, she finally stopped perfunctory and escaping. Frankly speaking, the person she likes is Qian Zhao, and her doing this means that she finally no longer runs away and learns to cherish it. It's just that time is still so ruthless, even though she has taken the initiative to reach out to fight to keep it, but the final outcome is not in her hands.

Think of myself - in real life, why is it not like this, I have lost so many time and memories that should be cherished without realizing it. Time still flows silently, and when I realize that time waits for no one, it is too late to restore the lost time. Time cannot stand to be wasted.

I don't have the ability to look back, so once I do something wrong, I can't go back, and there is no chance of starting over. It’s like when Makoto used up her retrospective ability, when the thing she was most afraid of finally happened, she hoped to go back in time but couldn’t do anything. In that situation, the helpless despair in her heart was indescribable…

Written As I wrote this, my heart started to get blocked -___-|||(Sweat).
Stop writing and take a break with a glass of honey water.

I feel that the theme song ガ ガ ネ ト (garnet) is also very nice ^^
