fame, then suicide

I like this title.
This is the first result of Baidu's Joy Division. The

books are out of power, and I haven't read the last bit. Before I go to see debbie,
I want to know if the joy division really exists. I did a
search and found that it was true. The side effect was that I knew that the ending

was affected by unintentional glances at existing comments, I forgot what I wanted to say, or found a lot of inappropriate self-talk.
I remember I once said that for an image that I deeply like—although when I deeply like it, I treat this object as a complete person, but it is actually just an image—I will always resist the evaluation of others, no matter how good or bad, because Deep down, I felt that it was impossible for anyone else to understand that person.

Fortunately, I have never heard of this band at all, so I can talk about the film and keep watching this story in a purely bystander state. I watched two black and white films in a row, ah, so that's what happened. There is a picture pattern in the film, which seems to be repeated many times. Two people are staggered left and right, and then there is a light in the second quadrant, which plays light and shadow downward. This kind of picture has a unique taste. I think I can notice it. It should be black and white.

The characters are not very cute, or there is nothing particularly attractive, but little by little, it starts to make people like it, maybe it is the effect of music, she's lost control is good, although this style of music as a whole is not I don't like it, but one by one, with the strange movements of the tall, thin and thin male protagonist, step by step towards success, I can gradually enter this tune, taste this style, and understand this expression. Talent is something that can always move people. At least the narrative of the story tells us that Ian is talented and gradually shows it. Therefore, as an audience, we also accept this guidance and gradually increase our favor and liking for Ian. It is only a different euphemism to admit that human beings are snobbish in nature.

In the second half, I will have sympathy for ian. I like the bunch of monologues about the world, the feeling of another self occupying my body, the deep difference between knowing what I should do and what I really want to do. The pain of deep division. . I think this is the most important reason why we like to read all kinds of stories, because we can suddenly be ourselves at a certain moment, which is also the greatest joy when watching or reading. Although Ian was tormented between debbie and annik, as well as the troubles of illness, and the overwhelm of the world's unreasonable demands, I never realized that he would choose to die. I didn't foresee it at all, at least not in the film's narrative. Make me feel this way. But now it seems that the real ian did commit suicide, and it was still so young. I don't know how it was shown in the movie, it seems that there is a very strange expectation.

Control quotes

  • Ian Curtis: I don't want to be in the band anymore. Unknown Pleasures was it. I was happy. I never meant for it to grow like this. When I'm up there, singing they don't understand how much I give and how it affects me. Now they want more. They expect me to give more. And I don't know if I can. It's like it's not happening to me, but... someone pretending to be me, someone dressed in my skin. Now we're going to America. I have no control anymore. I don't know what to do.

  • Ian Curtis: I struggle between what I know is right in my own mind, and some warped truthfulness as seen through other people's eyes who have no heart, and can't see the difference anyway.
