I was able to see Joan of Arc for the first time today. This should be said to be a film that was 11 years late. As early as the Changping period, the history department had seen it, and especially recommended weapons that appeared in the imperial era such as balers. The film interprets Joan of Arc in two sentences: you saw what you wanted to see and you fight for yourself in your name. That is to say, in the movie, Joan of Arc is not inspired by God. However, she was not killed with a single stick. Still let there be soul communication between Joan of Arc and God. After all, it is too much to say that it hurts the feelings of the French people. The scene of the film is moving and contagious, especially the screen and plot switching have never appeared subtitles (is Zhang Yimou should learn from others). When Joan of Arc was screaming and shaking her tongue, it was hard to imagine anyone who wouldn't be driven. It’s enough for historical films to shoot at this level, much better than the Kingdom of Heaven (I didn’t have the patience to watch the Kingdom of Heaven). The actors are good, but the supporting roles are pretty bad.
