A terrorisim organization consitituted by a group of dumb people, who avenge their comrades' misfortune and unfair treatment caused by the turbulent Korean society under the shadow of Amercian, are the main characters hiden behind this film. The green hair guy and his girlfriend are just one of the common members in this freaky secret and large group, so the revenge which the director what to illustrate is not only about this story itself but also about a class, a social stratum who has already lost their voice, or say, their basic rights to express.
Compared with this desperate and stifling story, the bigger picture behind is more scaring. Imagining that numerous people being envoled in endless revenges, innocent people killing each other hysterically, then more and more people get involved in this dog-eat-dog game and become murderers and the most rediculous part is all of them know the rule of this game is "good people have to kill good people, even you know they are good".
But if you trace any one of tragedy back to the very beginning, you are likely ot find there is no begining at all. Very few people become concious then, they know this endless killing is meaningless, they want to find out the Satan, or say , the original criminal, but who is he? personally, I think that is just the director want to ask in the end.
