There are four episodes of life in this film.
The first was a couple. The couple moved to a new house, but the house was a bit strange, so the woman decided to move out. Agree to move too.
The day after they decided to move out, the man died in a car accident. The woman was very sad, but she didn't know that the man turned into a ghost and was always with her.
The woman finally came out of her grief and fell in love with another person, which naturally made the ghost angry, and the woman also noticed that the house was abnormal and eventually moved away.
Before the woman moved away, the house had been redecorated and a note was left in a crack in the wall and sealed.
In the note, it is naturally what the woman wants to say to the man.
Believing that the woman would come back, the ghost waited in the middle of the house and tried to take out the note to see what was written on it.
Of course the woman never came back!
Second, a mother with her two children.
The mother and son moved into the house, and they lived fairly happily, but the ghost gradually became unhappy.
This may be because he is jealous of the happiness of the family, or it may be because he thinks that the family has taken his place, so that the woman will never come back.
The ghost started throwing things frantically, scaring the family away.
Third, the house has become a haunted house, and no one wants to buy it anymore.
Only some crazy young people and some occultists come here to have a party.
Also, in a house next to this house, there is the same ghost, but that ghost is a woman.
Finally one day, the two houses were demolished because no one came to buy them because they were haunted.
The ghost asked another female ghost, "Are you also waiting for someone?"
"Yes." The female ghost replied, "But I don't think they will come back here."
After the female ghost finished speaking, she disappeared into the air.
The ghost obviously hasn't given up the obsession with the woman in his heart.
After the house was demolished, an office building was built in place, and ghosts roamed the building all day long, watching all kinds of people enter and exit the building.
Finally, the ghost should have felt hopeless, and he walked to the top of the building and jumped from it.
In the end, after the ghost jumped down, it did not die, but returned to the moment when the house was originally built.
It was a family trying to build a house on this land, to survive in this wasteland.
But just after they hit a few nails, they were all slaughtered by the Indians.
And the ghost didn't know how long he waited on this land. Finally, he saw the woman, and he moved into this house.
This may have made the ghost feel a little heavy.
And when the ghost heard that the man promised the woman to move out of this place, I couldn't predict what the ghost thought.
After all, the ghost never said a word from beginning to end.
This should be the most dull part of this movie, because the protagonist has always been standing, without expression, without a word.
But the man died the next day!
Whether this has anything to do with this ghost is not made clear in the movie.
But I think this should be a bit related, it should be the ghost trying to keep the woman, and then, this and the beginning of the story constitute an inescapable reincarnation.
Finally, the woman finally moved out of the place alone.
The ghost was still chopping hard at the crack of the door day in and day out, trying to take out the note that the woman had left in the gap.
At the end of the movie, the ghost finally took out the note, and after a glance, the ghost disappeared into the air.
What is written on the note? In the end, the ghost let go of his obsession with the woman.
