The story is delicate

French films always have very delicate feelings, and the expressions in the camera can touch the heart. Sunshine, breeze, golden waves, step by step towards the main line of the story. Even the thrilling plot can be told quietly, not as fast-paced as Hollywood blockbusters, but it is depicted in people's hearts. The French are open-minded, thinking, acting, living, those shots that have deep meaning. The two tragic lives finally combined into harmony, and the rebirth after suffering will be more meaningful. Aside from the plot, I prefer the part of father and son. Playing on the beach and in the snow makes my heart feel so soft.

The music is ugly, the camera shakes to death, and the French are so open.

As a melodrama that strongly interprets French freedom and ups and downs, the sensational scene where the son falls into the ice hole at the end is a bit too much. The purpose of sensationalism is to sublimate the plot and at the same time to show the true heart of the male protagonist, but his true heart is freedom, not love in his heart.
