Violence Beyond the Violent Neighborhood

There are many scenes of parkour in the movie, which are really cool... The two young men who are as light as swallows, jumping around, not afraid of swords and guns, are really amazing. There is no plot other than the exciting action... But one question left is what to do with the violent areas (because of religious/racial conflicts, the gap between the rich and the poor, etc.) that we don't know about? Retreat and Destruction? Very violent and indecent, but it is a common method in the world now... In this case, integration and resolution seems to be a just and democratic move, but it is also difficult...
