This sketch is actually the most touching movie I've seen this year

A father who is full of creativity but seems to give up everything halfway, and has a great influence on the protagonist; daydreaming all day long, full of fantasies about the world, the girl he likes never likes himself, the male protagonist who is wild but shy at heart. How can I look more and more like myself? Well, although I don’t dream much, and it’s not serious enough to mix dreams with reality, I really like the director’s exaggerated dreamy approach and narrative style. The casting is also very good. When the male protagonist met the female protagonist and her friends for the first time, both appearance and personality were indeed more attractive to Zoe, but after getting in touch, the audience would be just like the male protagonist, attracted by Stephanie's lovely character, softness Convinced by the soft voice and delicate feelings, don't you think? I'm in love with Stephanie anyway.
What impresses me most about the whole film is the details, the jumping plot development, the imaginative story, the small objects and the pictures. Why does it feel a bit like a Korean drama from the Sassy Girl period? It's actually quite French.
This movie is definitely worth rewatching! highly recommended!

This movie is such a fun dream! Why does that male lead always remind me of Jim Kelly?

080622 The last hour and forty minutes. After more than half a year, I finally watched it. I admit I screw it.

The Science of Sleep quotes

  • Stephane: [Zoe is dancing flirtaciously with Guy] Does she always dance like that?

    Stéphanie: Yeah.

Stephane: I mean, is it always like that? Or just when shes been drinking?

Stéphanie: Do you have a problem with it?

Stephane: No, I just can't imagine how anyone would end up doing that with Guy.

  • Serge: It's one thing to be called fags, but to be called dykes is unacceptable.
