There's no doubting Sloane's outstanding professionalism, but what strikes me is her strong philosophy that runs through her.
Even if the characters in some excellent movies have some regrettable flaws, they seem to be tough and strong, but there is always a hint of shake and defeat in their inner weakness. They can't do their best to "be true to themselves". Sloane understands the limits of her abilities and her real needs. She has both an "expanded" self-awareness and objective beliefs about gains and losses, and she acts in accordance with them rigorously; she doesn't care about anyone's opinions, and she's not arrogant.
Sloane will cry too, and difficult choices will make her hate herself, but our queen will never allow any real flaws in herself, she is deeply loyal to herself. Her devotion to herself is robot-like, so she can win so unbelievably thoroughly. Different from her machine-like rigorous philosophical thinking, she is willing to put her flawless self into it from beginning to end, which is the same shining humanity of Ms. Sloan.
