Worth four and a half stars, plus half a point for the author, the man who specializes in law and the final screenwriter.
Is Sloan righteous? Yeah? But she betrayed her teammates and hurt those around her; didn't she? Then why don't you want to stop even if you go to jail?
As far as Ms. Sloan herself said, she just wanted to win, to do something no one else had ever done, to be a Socrates who never wrote anything but was passed down by posterity.
She was in prison, and others said her career was ruined. She believed that suicide was no different from suicide at work. Leisure in prison was beneficial to health.
Will someone pick her up when Sloan is released from prison? The assistant who was willing to be used? Is it the hurt friend? Is it the boss who feels offended? Or the little duck who has no power but is protected in court?
But the only certainty is that Sloan has done everything she hoped to accomplish. She should be able to start resting without taking medicine, right?
