I recently watched "A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood" starring Tom Hanks, a very healing and heart-warming movie. In the movie, Rogers is a well-known children's show host, he is kind and compassionate, helping people resolve their knots, reconcile with themselves, and face life happily. Aside from the main storyline of Rogers resolving a conflict between a reporter and his father, it is the character of Rogers that strikes me the most. He is not a children's show host who only brings joy to children. He uses his own childhood thoughts to get along with children. He understands them and listens to their troubles in conversations with children. He dares to use a clever way. Talk to children about sensitive topics like divorce, war, and death that many people avoid. He healed countless children, and he healed himself by healing others.
