There is a certain overlap between this inner world and my perception of the world. The world may not be "real", but just a training ground, and we are a series of circuits in it. It seems that this universe is like a toast, layer upon layer, on top of this dimension, there is another dimension. Consciousness raising is what we do in our practice. Keep bringing consciousness into higher dimensions, after that, I don't know what. Maybe I am someone from the past, maybe I am someone from the future, or maybe I am who I am now.
I was given a certain setting and lived in this world. But beyond this world, there is the world. Living with such a concept, it is easy for people to fall into "nothingness", as if they no longer believe in everything, and then take "life" too lightly and unimportantly, squandering life arbitrarily, it is fake anyway. But perhaps, this is like playing a game. If you can't build on the foundation of this life, you will lose a precious opportunity, and you will not know when the next opportunity will come.
So to live in the present moment, only the moment I feel is the only real existence in the universe. Whether the world is real or not, I have to live real, I can't waste this opportunity. Consciousness, the total amount of consciousness will not change. People age and disappear, but consciousness is eternal, it is a unique energy. Therefore, the ancients regarded creation as a major event. The years of life come to an end at some point, and the joy and happiness end in one's body, both of which are bound to come to a perpetual period, which is not as infinite as the article. In fact, articles, articles are just some words pieced together, what's the point? What matters is not the words, but the consciousness infused in the words. A person's thinking and understanding of the universe, life, and nature are condensed in the article and become immortal. This is the eternal consciousness, which never changes, stays in the universe. Creator is the greatest.
To live truly, rather than dwell in falsehood. Go after what's real, do what makes you passionate, don't live on the dead. There is always a way to live your own way, hope I have the courage, wisdom, and luck.
