Fear comes from being infinitely close to reality

Psychological thrillers never require imagination, only absolute truth.
I never worry about encountering alien creatures in the depths of the earth, or the butcher on the midnight train. But I am really worried that maybe I will be forgotten by irresponsible staff when I take the cable car, and then I will despair and even collapse in the wind and snow; Legs, then bones protruding from knees at will; fears of slashing gloves by cables, and unprotected palms frozen to metal railings; fears of all kinds of terrible frostbite and every closing of eyes maybe never again. will open. . .
Fear, unlike excitement, doesn't end with a shudder. I think that may cause a kind of shortcoming in my future life - at least I will never ride a cable car again in my life.
