In April 2001, "BJ's Diary of a Single" starring Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth, and Hugh Grant was released. The film tells the amusing love story between 32-year-old single white-collar Bridget Jones, her suave boss Daniel Cleaver, and childhood sweetheart neighbor Mark Darcy. The following year, the film received Golden Globe nominations for Best Picture and Best Actress in a Musical Comedy and an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress.
Three years later, "BJ's Diary of a Single 2: The Edge of Reason" was released, and the protagonists were still Renee Zellweger, Colin Firth, and Hugh Grant. After the film's release, Renee Zellweger was nominated for a Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy, but again failed to win.

In order to understand the plot, after watching "BJ's Single Diary 3: BJ's Child", I found the first two movies and watched it again. This 15-year-old romantic comedy series is really a classic. Love is always an incomprehensible book, an emotion that cannot be explained by reason. When you have it, you don't know how to cherish it. But when you lose it, you regret it.
